The camera arm needs a clear route around the platform. The waiting area should sit beyond that movement.

- Approximately 3 × 3 m clear, with the final layout confirmed for the configuration.
- Larger set-up
- A larger set-up can need 4–5 m of clear floor. Send the venue plan before allocating the space.

Discuss your eventHow many people can use the 360 platform together?
Up to four people at a time. The team organises each session around the group and guest comfort. We can recommend another format for larger groups.
How much space does a 360 video booth need?
Allow approximately 3 × 3 metres of clear space for the platform and rotating arm. A full structure can require 4–5 metres of clearance. The exact layout and queue are checked with the venue.
Can we use the booth outdoors?
The location must be covered, flat and stable, with suitable power nearby. Weather, access and the moving arm’s clearance are reviewed before the outdoor setup is confirmed.
Do guests receive their videos immediately?
The clip becomes available after processing and upload. We bring modems from different operators for connected on-site delivery, but coverage and network performance cannot be guaranteed. A poor connection may delay access. The complete gallery is available within 48 hours.
What is the difference between this and Air 360?
This booth films a small group on a platform. Air 360 uses an overhead arm while the group stays on the ground. The space, expected group size and event programme guide the choice.
