What does AI do in a headshot booth?
It can contribute to the background or selected visual treatment. We test likeness before the event so facial details and complexion remain appropriate for the intended professional use.
Does the AI headshot booth need internet?
Yes. AI processing needs an internet connection. We bring modems from different operators and review connectivity with the venue; coverage, speed and stability cannot be guaranteed.
Can the guest receive a portrait without a logo?
Yes. The individual file can stay free of branding, while your identity appears in the surrounding delivery experience. At a conference, a sponsor can offer the headshots as its own service and receive contact details only from the participants who agree. Intended uses and formats are agreed with you.
When should we choose a corporate photographer instead?
A photographer-led session may suit an editorial portrait requiring several poses and more individual direction. The headshot booth organises portraits within the rhythm of an event. We can help compare those needs.
How many people can receive a headshot?
Allow about 2 minutes per participant; with a good connection, the portrait then reaches their inbox within seconds. The treatment, service hours and expected volume determine the number of stations and the team. Your proposal defines the operating plan and how participants receive the files.
Can the company use every portrait in a team directory?
The intended organisational uses and the participants’ permissions must be agreed. Receiving a personal portrait does not automatically authorise employer branding, external publication or marketing contact.
