Between sessions

An experience that follows the programme.

We place the photo experience where delegates meet and schedule it around registration, breaks and the closing reception. The layout keeps access to sessions and sponsor spaces clear.

The details that matter

Conferences & seminars: planning your experience

Experience selection, branding and event logistics: turn your brief into a practical plan.

Discuss your event
Can the experience run mainly during breaks?

Yes. Share the agenda so staffing and the setup reflect the actual participation windows. Several stations may be worth discussing when a large audience arrives at once.

Can a sponsor brand the delegate photograph?

Yes, through an approved frame or delivery journey. For professional headshots, the individual portrait can remain unbranded while the surrounding experience carries the sponsor identity.

Do you also photograph speakers and sessions?

An event photographer can be added as a separate service. We define priority people, moments, image formats, permissions and delivery deadlines in that brief.

Can the organiser publish delegate portraits?

Intended publication and permissions must be agreed. A delegate receiving a personal photograph does not automatically authorise external promotion or sponsor advertising.

What should an international conference team send?

The city, venue, programme, attendance estimate, identity files and local production contact. We coordinate preparation remotely and confirm on-site access, technical needs and service hours.
