The details that matter

Live Print: your questions

Customisation, installation and keepsake delivery: the details to check before booking your experience.

Discuss your event
Which items can you personalise during an event?

T-shirts, tote bags, caps and mugs are confirmed options. The specific model, artwork, finish and quantity are written into your proposal. If you supply your own items, send their references with your brief.

Can we bring our own items?

Send the exact product references and material composition before ordering them. Compatibility with the design and marking process needs checking; an unknown material cannot be approved for printing on arrival.

How long does each item take?

Timing includes the guest’s choice, preparation, marking and any cooling. It depends on the item and design. We plan the full collection process rather than quoting press time as the guest’s total wait.

Can a guest’s AI portrait be printed on a tote bag?

Yes. We prepare the portrait style, print format and collection process. AI generation requires internet. We bring modems from different operators, without a network guarantee; a poor connection may delay or prevent generation.

How are textiles and mugs personalised?

Textile options include heat transfer and flocking. The mug model and finish are defined in the proposal. A sample or mock-up confirms the intended result, with care advice suited to the material.

Can the workshop run over several event days?

Yes. Share the dates, opening hours, expected peaks and item quantities. We plan staffing, production stations and the collection process; no universal hourly output is promised without that brief.

Can the workshop collect participant contacts?

Yes, if your brief includes it. Leaving contact details is optional and needs its own consent: every guest receives their item either way. Only authorised contacts are passed on to you.
