Discuss your eventIs a host included with every photo booth?
Your proposal specifies the technical support and guest hosting included. Dedicated hosts can be planned for welcome desks, photo guidance or other agreed guest-facing tasks.
How many hosts do we need?
Expected attendance, service hours and simultaneous tasks determine the team. An arrival desk and a separate photo point need a different plan from one shared welcome station.
Can the host welcome guests in English?
Tell us which languages your guests need. Staffing and language availability must be confirmed for your dates before booking.
Can we hire hosts without booking a photo booth?
This offer mainly supports our event experiences. For an independent staffing request, describe the tasks and dates so we can confirm whether we can help.
Can a host help guests fill the photo guestbook?
Yes, this task can be included in the brief: explaining the album, guiding people towards it and inviting a message beside the photograph. Staffing and materials are agreed separately.
