This service coordinates the equipment, graphics and operation of the photo point. We work with your event team or stand builder so waiting, capture and collection fit inside the allocated space. Selected AI or printing additions can extend the concept when they suit your objective.

What does the photo stand service cover?

We coordinate the photo equipment, branded artwork and on-site operation within your exhibition stand. The proposal specifies the selected experience, staffing, service hours and print or digital delivery.

How much room should we reserve?

Ideally about 2 × 2 m, but we adapt to the space you have. Camera distance, backdrop, group size and waiting determine the footprint. We work from the stand plan to keep the queue and capture inside your area.

Who produces the graphics?

Our studio adapts your identity for the agreed booth, screen and print elements. You supply authorised files and approve the mock-ups before fabrication.

Can AI portraits or Live Print be added?

Yes. These options affect the visitor route, processing and production requirements. We size the combined experience around your objective, attendance and budget.

Can the service provide visitor contacts?

If included in the brief, contact fields and marketing permission are separate from image delivery. Export format, timing and compatibility with your follow-up tools are checked beforehand.
