What is an audio guestbook?

A telephone records personal voice messages from your guests. They pick up, hear a greeting, speak after the tone and hang up. Unlike a photo album or video guestbook, the keepsake is their voice.

Do guests need to dial a number?

No number is needed. Simple instructions explain how to leave a message. Guests can participate alone or share a dedication with someone close to them.

Can guests speak in different languages?

Yes. They can leave a message in Darija, French, English or another family language. We plan the greeting for your audience. Translation and transcription are not included by default.

Will the phone look like the one in the photographs?

The vintage style is the starting point. The exact model, finish and presentation are confirmed in your proposal. A custom enclosure or substantial floral set needs separate planning.

Does it need Wi-Fi or a telephone line?

The experience records messages rather than making calls. We confirm the power and connectivity requirements of the selected model with your venue before installation.

When do we receive the recordings?

Delivery timing, method and file formats are agreed before booking. Editing or sound cleaning is scoped separately, and a noisy venue can affect the recording. Save a personal copy of the delivered files.

Can we combine it with a photo booth?

Yes. Include the telephone, photo booth and any paper guestbook in the same brief. They are separate services with their own inclusions. Sharing or publishing a guest’s recorded message requires their agreement.
