Discuss your eventDoes the mosaic use AI to change people’s faces?
No. It arranges photographs by colour to form the chosen image. This is a collective photo composition, distinct from an AI portrait transformation.
What does each guest keep?
It depends on the format. On a wall, their numbered print joins the mosaic. With the keepsake option, they also take home a 10 × 15 cm photo with your logo and receive it digitally. The two can be combined.
What if fewer people participate than expected?
We size the mosaic around the expected audience and programme, and the team encourages participation. Completion depends on actual contributions; it cannot be guaranteed independently of attendance.
Can we keep the physical wall after the event?
Yes, that can be arranged. The format, handover and transport are agreed at the brief stage according to the selected format and destination.
Will the final logo be recognisable?
We choose a suitable target image and approve its composition with you. The finished appearance also depends on the portraits received and how much of the mosaic is filled.
Can we use the mosaic in external communications?
Intended uses are agreed beforehand: event display, internal communication or external publication. Participants must receive the relevant information and permissions must cover the planned reuse. Taking part does not automatically authorise every publication.
Does the mosaic need internet?
Connected participation and QR photo uploads require internet. We bring modems from different operators, without guaranteeing venue coverage or network stability. A poor connection may delay or interrupt online contributions; we check the needs of the selected format before the event.
