Track what matters

A photograph opens the conversation.

  1. ParticipationA visitor joins the experience.
  2. PermissionThey choose whether to leave a contact for follow-up.
  3. QualificationYour team establishes the need, timing and fit.
  4. OpportunityThe relevant request enters your commercial process.

Agree the tracking before the exhibition, so each stage is counted on its own and your team sees where the real opportunities come from.

Before, during and after the show.

  1. Before · the brief

As soon as the stand plan is known. Your objective, visitors and space shape the format; we agree the position and the queue with your stand builder.

  2. Before · the creative

The booth, screen and keepsake carry your campaign. You approve every mock-up.

  3. During · the show

Installed before opening, the booth runs with the PhotoBox team, and backup equipment is planned. Your sales team can focus on conversations.

  4. After · the follow-up

An online gallery within 48 hours and, when the brief includes it, an export of the contacts who gave permission.

The details that matter

Trade shows & stands: planning your experience

Experience selection, branding and event logistics: turn your brief into a practical plan.

Discuss your event
Which experience fits a recruitment fair or professional congress?

A headshot gives visitors a useful professional portrait. AI portraits suit a more imaginative brand story. The best choice starts with what your audience wants to keep.

How much space should we plan?

For a simple photo stand, allow about 2 × 2 m. The booth, the framing and the queue set the exact footprint, and the aisle and neighbouring access stay clear. Send your stand plan and we will propose the layout.

What power and internet should we request?

Requirements depend on the selected setup: we provide the technical points to check with the organiser. For connected setups, PhotoBox brings modems from different operators, without guaranteeing the venue’s coverage or speed; AI processing can then be delayed.

Do we need staff on the stand?

A PhotoBox technician handles the settings and looks after the booth during the agreed hours. Hosts can welcome visitors and direct them to your sales team, who keep control of qualification.

We are an agency or a stand builder: how do we work together?

We fit the activation into your project: position, power and dressing are agreed with you, and the creative follows your client’s guidelines. The proposal specifies what we take care of.

Can we collect leads?

A contact step can be prepared with permission separate from portrait delivery. A submitted contact becomes a qualified opportunity when your team establishes a relevant need; participation alone is not a sale.

What budget should we plan for a trade show activation?

The proposal depends on the format, the number of days, the personalisation and the quantities to produce. Send the show name, the stand plan, the opening hours and your budget: we specify the team, consumables and backup equipment.
