Hybrid event guide · Morocco

Hybrid event experiences. One idea, two ways to join.

Guests at the venue and participants elsewhere can share the same campaign world. We prepare the on-site and online journeys around how each audience takes part.

Creative minds. Hands-on delivery.

Shared identity, coordinated participation.

The booth at the venue and the browser journey can use a common concept and artwork. Their operating needs differ: access, devices, staffing and network conditions must be prepared for each. A shared gallery or mosaic is possible when contributions, permissions and presentation are agreed.

Two routes into the same idea

Plan each audience’s starting point.

Both routes share one campaign world: approved artwork and permitted contributions.

At the venue

The guest steps up to the booth. Local team, equipment and site network.

At a distance

The participant opens the invitation. Their own connection and a compatible browser.

Coordinate your hybrid experience.

  1. Map each audience

List locations, time windows, devices and the expected volume of participation.

  2. Prepare both routes

We test the on-site setup and remote journey under their intended conditions.

  3. Agree the shared outcome

Display, image access, reporting breakdown and handover are specified in the proposal.

The details that matter

Hybrid event guide: planning your experience

Experience selection, branding and event logistics: turn your brief into a practical plan.

Discuss your event
Do on-site and remote guests have to participate at the same time?

No. The campaign can connect different dates or stages if that suits the programme. Opening periods and any shared display are agreed before launch.

Can both audiences contribute to a mosaic?

That can be planned. Capture routes, file handling, contribution permissions and the display need a coordinated configuration and testing.

Are the technical needs identical for both audiences?

No. The venue needs the agreed installation, power and on-site connectivity. Remote participants need their own compatible device and internet connection.

Can reporting distinguish sites or cities?

Only when the journey is configured to capture that information. The reporting fields, authorised creations and delivery schedule are agreed in the brief.

What happens if a connection is poor?

AI generation, remote participation and transfers between sites depend on internet. On-site modems from different operators cannot guarantee coverage, speed or stability. A poor network may interrupt creation or delay delivery.
