The team mobilised by PhotoBox handles the setup and checks. Your venue contact provides access and confirms the agreed location; guests are not asked to install the equipment.
What do you prepare for a technical problem?
The technician tests the setup before opening and intervenes if a problem occurs. Backup equipment is prepared; the response depends on the device and the incident.
