On-site photo experiences. Turn visitors into participants.

Start with the moment you want people to enjoy, then prepare the space around it. Capture, creation and collection all belong in the event plan.

Before the photo

The queue is part of the experience too.

A well-placed setup lets guests understand the invitation, join comfortably and receive their keepsake. We review the floor plan, programme and busiest periods with the organiser. Hardware, support and consumables are then scoped around the agreed experience.

The last step matters

Where does the guest receive the result?

Define collection when choosing the experience, so it has a clear place in the venue.

Photo printAt the booth or the prepared collection point.
Personalised objectAfter the selected production and finishing process.
Digital creationThrough the agreed access route after processing and upload.

Prepare your on-site experience.

  1. Map the guest route

Identify where visitors arrive, wait, participate and leave with the result.

  2. Check the venue

Access, power, covered space and any connectivity requirements are confirmed.

  3. Approve the operating plan

Service hours, staffing, consumables and technical support appear in the proposal.

The details that matter

On-site experiences: planning your experience

Experience selection, branding and event logistics: turn your brief into a practical plan.

Discuss your event
How much floor space do we need?

It depends on the device, framing, queue and collection method. Send a floor plan or photographs; we confirm the footprint instead of applying one size to every experience.

Who sets up the equipment?

The PhotoBox team organises installation and testing. Your venue contact provides access and confirms the agreed position, operating rules and power supply.

Does an on-site experience need internet?

Some do. AI generation and online handover need a suitable connection. For connected setups we bring modems from different operators, without guaranteeing coverage or stability.

Is guest hosting the same as technical support?

No. Technical support concerns the equipment and settings. A host welcomes participants and explains the experience. The roles and any additional staffing are specified in the proposal.

Can we extend participation after the event?

A prepared online campaign can continue the concept beyond the venue. Its access, dates, capacity and support are scoped separately, even when the artwork is shared.
